Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale govern the relationship between SECKY TECH and any client ordering a service (digital packages, à la carte services, software solutions, training).

2. Pricing

Prices displayed on this site are in FCFA, excluding tax. Applicable VAT in Burkina Faso will be added to the invoice. Prices may be revised; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. Commitment and duration

Monthly packages (Essential, Growth, Premium) require a minimum 3-month commitment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client may upgrade to a higher plan at any time; the change takes effect the following month.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable according to the terms specified in the commercial proposal or contract. Late payment may result in the suspension of services.

5. Obligations of SECKY TECH

SECKY TECH undertakes to deliver services with diligence and in accordance with industry best practices, within the timeframes agreed with the client.

6. Client obligations

The client undertakes to provide the information and access necessary for the proper execution of services, and to pay invoices within the agreed timeframes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement subject to the notice period specified in the specific contract, without prejudice to sums already due.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Burkina Faso. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Ouagadougou.
